upgrade. Involving in the development of RICEW
components, developing REST API. Involving
in Oracle EBS EDI setups and EDI mappings.
The work location is San Diego, CA with required
travel to client locations throughout the USA.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven success in the IT staffing industry, with a track record of building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and exceeding targets. As an IT Staffing Outside Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the continued success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients within the IT industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers in client companies.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and industry trends, positioning our IT staffing solutions effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven success in IT staffing outside sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technology roles, trends, and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and achieve or surpass sales quotas.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
