We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Staffing Outside Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven success in the IT staffing industry, with a track record of building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and exceeding targets. As an IT Staffing Outside Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the continued success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients within the IT industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers in client companies.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and industry trends, positioning our IT staffing solutions effectively.
  • Present and promote our portfolio of IT staffing services, including temporary, permanent, and contract-to-hire placements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize staffing solutions that align with client requirements and provide value-added services.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements while ensuring a win-win outcome for both clients and the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven success in IT staffing outside sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technology roles, trends, and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and achieve or surpass sales quotas.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
